PC FREIGHT CAR INFORMATION:
Penn Central had a long list of freight car types throughout it's system. They had about every car that one could imagine, because they inherited a lot from it's predecessors, the NYC, NYH&H, and PRR. They also bought brand new equipment, even during it's financial hardship.
Below is a list of equipment broken down by type, car class, pred. railroad, etc. (Please note: this page is a work in progress.)
